Description
The dress comprises of the following:
- Soft comfortable and stretchy cotton leotard
- The bodice is decorated with a winged heart made of faux gems
- Ultra light four layer netted skirt ( which is attached to the leotard )
- The outer layer is made from a web of reflective thread
